Verkada is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Manager to own regional campaigns and events for the Mid-Market West. You will partner with sales and channel leadership to build pipeline and deepen top account relationships, delivering a best-in-class ecosystem of security expertise.

You will travel 30–40% and collaborate with product marketing to craft positioning, messaging, and assets that drive demand and leverage regional partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Able to manage multiple events with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with channel/strategic partners.
• Ability to develop personas guiding procurement.
• Advisor to sales leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel 30–40%.
• Inbox 0 mentality.

Responsabilités

• Partner with sales and channel leadership on regional needs and pipeline targets.
• Execute regional/local campaigns and events, including trade shows and webinars.
• Run account-based marketing programs for sales, showing practical execution to reps.
• Drive thought leadership and customer executive collaboration locally.
• Advise demand generation on plans, measurement, and impact.
• Collaborate with channel partners to shape marketing & customer engagement.
• Coordinate with product marketers on positioning and assets.
