Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to act as the CMO for our Enterprise segment, shaping the strategic direction of the GTM plan and owning demand generation to build a strong pipeline. You will collaborate with sales to hit revenue targets and develop a best-in-class ecosystem of security expertise.

The role offers remote or location-flexible work arrangements and opportunities to influence the largest customers globally.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of B2B marketing experience with 3+ years in Enterprise Marketing.
• Experience executing regional and local campaigns (direct/partner) to hit pipeline.
• Ability to work with partners to plan and execute programs with strong results.
• Ability to understand personas that drive procurement and Verkada's value proposition.
• Proven ability to advise and partner with sales leadership.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; can execute in fast-paced environments.
• Track record of creative or out-of-the-box demand generation programs.
• Willing to travel 30-40% (1-2 days/week).
• Inbox 0 mentality.

Responsibilities

• Be the “CMO” for the Enterprise segment and own marketing and demand generation to build pipeline.
• Define strategy for regional and local campaigns and partner programs.
• Execute account-based marketing programs with sales enablement.
• Develop thought leadership and customer collaboration on physical security and cloud topics.
• Collaborate with Product Marketers to align positioning and assets for Global segment.
• Advise the marketing hub as they plan and measure campaigns.
• Work with top channel partners to enhance marketing and engagement.
