Job summary

Obsidian Security is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead regional strategy and execution for the West. You will build strong relationships with sales and stakeholders, drive early-stage pipeline, and create programs that accelerate sales cycles and close business.

You will collaborate with Enterprise and Commercial teams to craft campaigns for target accounts. The role is remote-based, reporting to the Global Director - Field & Partner Marketing, and requires a strategic marketer who can

Qualifications

• Proven field marketing experience across regional markets.
• Strong campaign planning and execution skills.
• Ability to partner with sales to drive pipeline and bookings.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own regional field marketing programs and relationships with sales teams.
• Plan 6–9 month events calendar and regional sponsorships.
• Align field activities with campaigns, content, and messaging.
• Develop product understanding to connect content with field programs.
• Build regional customer communities to accelerate pipeline.
• Source customer stories and develop case studies and advocacy content.
• Report on regional health and ROI with leadership, including budget management.
• Track, measure, and optimize programs and experiments.
