Job summary

Obsidian Security is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead regional campaigns and demand generation in the West. You will partner with Enterprise and Commercial sales to create campaigns that accelerate pipeline and bookings.

This remote-based role reports to the Global Director - Field & Partner Marketing. You will own the regional field marketing strategy, build events, and nurture customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the field marketing relationship with regional sales teams.
• Build and execute a proactive regional events strategy, planning 6-9 months in advance.
• Ensure every field activity ladders up to the marketing campaigns in flight.
• Develop a baseline understanding of our product and where content and field marketing intersect.
• Build regional communities of customers and prospects to accelerate pipeline.
• Develop customer relationships to source speakers for regional and national events and convert stories into content.
• Report on the health of the regional business, in collaboration with RVPs.
• Track, measure, and share the impact of every program and experiment.
• Manage budget to deliver a significant ROI and capture engaging anecdotes.
• Partner with sales leadership on territory planning and quarterly business reviews.
• Be an advocate for the sales department and help the marketing team understand the regional needs.
