Job summary

Coleman Health Services seeks a Regional Executive Director, Clinical Services (West) to oversee clinical behavioral health operations across several counties from our Kent, Ohio headquarters. The role manages multiple Chief Officers and ensures compliance, financial sustainability, and growth opportunities in line with regulatory requirements.

The position requires travel to county sites, and can be based in Chillicothe, Lima, or Marysville offices.

Qualifications

Active Ohio licensure in LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S, LIMFT, or licensed clinical psychologist.
Minimum 10 years in behavioral health with at least 5 years of clinical supervisory experience.
Knowledge of ODM, ODBH, CSWMFT rules.
Experience with electronic health records.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for growth within the region's business units.
Maintain collaborative relationships with Mental Health Boards and assist Chief Officers in achieving community goals.
Collaborate with Coleman departments (Operations, IT, HR, Compliance, Fiscal).
Participate in Clinical Council and facilitate meetings in the VP's absence.
Monitor management and outcomes reports to assess business unit performance.
Work with grants team on procurement, writing, development, and monitoring of grants.
Assist with creating clinical care pathways and best practices.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions.
Serve on clinical compliance, EHR, and revenue cycle teams as assigned.
