Coleman Health Services in Kent, Ohio is seeking a Regional Executive Director, Clinical Services (East) to oversee multiple counties and chief officers within our behavioral health system. This role emphasizes compliance, financial sustainability, and growth opportunities across the region.
The position requires travel to county sites and is based in our Akron, Kent, or Ravenna offices, with 100% in-office work unless traveling; compensation is 110,000 USD annually.
Coleman Health Services seeks a dynamic, positive, and outgoing Regional Executive Director, Clinical Services (East) for our nationally recognized and rapidly growing community behavioral health system of 800+ employees headquartered in Kent, Ohio. This position will be managing Chief Officers for the following business units: Belmont, Harrison, Monroe Counties; Jefferson County; Trumbull/Mahoning Counties; Portage County; Richland County; Summit County; Stark County Behavioral Health; Stark County Crisis Services; Stark County Social Services. The purpose of this position is to provide oversight of clinical behavioral health services to ensure compliance, financial sustainability, and opportunities for growth in accordance with ODBH, ODM, CARF, and Mental Health Board regulations for the assigned geographic region. This position will require travel to various county sites and has the ability to be based out of our Akron, Kent, or Ravenna office locations. This position is 100% in office unless travelling and pays $110,000.00 annually.
