Coleman Health Services in Marion, Ohio seeks a full-time Director of Behavioral Health to oversee outpatient therapists, crisis therapists, and mobile response staff across Marion and Crawford Counties. This role is based in our Marion office.

The Director will provide clinical and administrative supervision, lead program development, oversee budgets, and collaborate with local partners. Some on-call duties apply as part of leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• LPCC-S or LISW-S licensure or higher.
• 2+ years of experience in the mental health field.
• Willing to obtain NPI and Medicaid Billing number.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Management, training, and supervision experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Providing clinical and administrative supervision.
• Program and service administration and development.
• Clinical leadership.
• Budget development, monitoring, and marketing needs through designated counties.
• Data collection and maintaining program fidelity.
• Leadership opportunities and connections with local ADM Board and community partnerships.
