The position requires active licensure in Ohio, extensive supervisory experience, and travel to county sites with a 100% in-office work model except for travel.
Coleman Health Services seeks a dynamic, positive, and outgoing Regional Executive Director, Clinical Services (West) for our nationally recognized and rapidly growing community behavioral health system of 800+ employees headquartered in Kent, Ohio. This position will be managing Chief Officers for the following business units: Ross, Fayette, Highland, Pike and Pickaway Counties; Logan/Champaign Counties; Marion/Crawford Counties; Allen, Auglaize, Hardin Counties; and Union, Delaware/Marrow Counties. The purpose of this position is to provide oversight of clinical behavioral health services to ensure compliance, financial sustainability, and opportunities for growth in accordance with ODBH, ODM, CARF, and Mental Health Board regulations for the assigned geographic region. This position will require travel to various county sites and has the ability to be based out of our Chillicothe, Lima, or Marysville office locations. This position is 100% in office unless travelling and pays $110,000.00 annually.
