Takeda Oncology is seeking a Director, Field Reimbursement Lead – West to oversee a regional team of field reimbursement professionals supporting the U.S. Oncology Business Unit.

You will provide strategic leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to drive patient access, payer policy, and HUB services. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with 5+ years patient access or reimbursement.
• 2+ years of buy and bill experience.
• 3+ years in Field Reimbursement Management leading teams.
• Experience in buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, payer dynamics, copay, HUB.
• Oncology launch experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen with executive presence.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and empower a regional team of Field Reimbursement Directors with expertise in access and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align access strategies and messaging.
• Provide ongoing performance management, coaching, and talent development.
• Shape access strategies, metrics and aligned messaging for Pricing, Access and Value priorities.
• Drive data-driven initiatives to identify barriers to access and work with cross-functional teams.
