Job summary

Takeda Oncology is seeking a Field Reimbursement Associate Director – Northwest to optimize patient access for USOBU therapies. You will educate healthcare professionals on payer coverage, prior authorizations, and reimbursement pathways, while partnering with HUB, sales, and market access teams to navigate payer environments.

The role requires field-based work, travel, and deep expertise in Medicare/Medicaid, commercial payer processes, and buy and bill.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field required.
• 8+ years in biotech/pharma with 4+ years in patient access or reimbursement in oncology.
• 2+ years of buy and bill experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient access SME for USOBU therapies in assigned geography.
• Educate on payer coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, reimbursement pathways.
• Collaborate with HUB, Strategic Account Management, Sales and Market Access to optimize access.
