Job summary

Takeda Oncology is seeking a Director, Field Reimbursement Lead – West to oversee a regional team of field reimbursement professionals and drive access across the US Oncology portfolio. You will provide strategic leadership, develop cross-functional partnerships, and ensure compliant execution of national access strategies while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This remote/field-based role requires 10+ years in biotech/pharma, 5+ years in patient access, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Marketing, or related field required.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical industry with 5+ years in patient access or reimbursement.
• 2+ years of ‘buy and bill’ experience.
• 3+ years in Field Reimbursement Management leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a regional team of Field Reimbursement Directors with expertise in access and reimbursement.
• Foster collaboration across sales, patient services, strategic account management and market access.
• Drive performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
• Shape access strategies and align messaging with Pricing, Access and Value priorities.
• Use data to identify access barriers and develop cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure compliant execution across cross-functional partnerships and field activities.
