Job summary

Takeda Oncology seeks a Director, Field Reimbursement Lead – West to oversee a regional team of field reimbursement professionals supporting the U.S. Oncology Business Unit.

You will provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and ensure execution of national strategies across patient access, payer policy, and patient support programs. This field-based role involves shaping access strategies with cross-functional partners, delivering exceptional customer experience for stakeholders, and traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, or related field required.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with 5+ years patient access or reimbursement experience.
• 2+ years buy and bill experience.
• 3+ years in Field Reimbursement Management leading a team.
• Experience in buy and bill reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, payer dynamics, copay assistance, HUB services.
• Oncology launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and empower a regional team of Field Reimbursement Directors with deep expertise in access and reimbursement.
• Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive and results-driven team culture.
• Provide ongoing performance management and talent development.
• Establish relationships with sales leadership to drive alignment and impact.
• Shape access strategies and metrics in support of Pricing, Access and Value priorities.
• Leverage data to identify trends and partner with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives.
• Drive compliant execution through regular team forums and field coaching.
• Ensure compliant cross-functional partnerships and field interactions.
