Job summary

Summit is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the Western territory in enterprise IT services sales. You will coach a high-performing team, manage complex deals, and own the West pipeline from generation to close.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets across the Western territory.
• Drive pipeline by partnering with extended teams to generate leads and move deals forward.
• Provide hands-on guidance through complex enterprise deal cycles from qualification to close.
• Build and maintain a network of sales leaders in the West.
• Foster aculture focused on client success and business outcomes.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and consistent pipeline reviews.
