Job summary

Summit is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the West in enterprise IT services, reporting to the VP of Revenue. Based in the Western U.S., you will coach a high‑performing sales team, stay hands‑on in large deals, and own pipeline from generation to close.

You'll partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Operations to win new business, forecast accurately, and develop top talent while upholding Summit's values and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing IT services sales/account management.
• 4+ years leading sales teams.
• Frontline sales management experience with pipeline and forecasting cadence.
• Domain experience in managed infrastructure, data center, and cloud services sales.
• Located within the Western U.S. to cover the region.
• Ability to coach fundamentals and hold teams accountable.
• Experience with partner/alliance selling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets across the Western territory.
• Drive a healthy pipeline by partnering with extended teams to generate more leads and move deals forward.
• Provide hands-on guidance through complex enterprise deal cycles, from qualification to close.
• Build and maintain a network of sales leadership talent in the West.
• Foster an ethical, performance-driven culture focused on client outcomes and Salesforce adoption.
