Job summary

Summit is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the Western territory for enterprise hosting, managed services, and cloud solutions. Based in the Western U.S., you’ll build and coach a high‑performing sales team, manage complex deals from qualification to close, and own the West pipeline from generation to revenue.

You’ll work with Sales, Account Management, and Solutions Engineering to win new business and grow key accounts, report to the VP of Revenue, and uphold Summit’s standards of

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing IT services sales is required.
• 4+ years leading sales teams.
• Experience in managed infrastructure, data center, and cloud services sales.
• Located in the Western U.S.
• Ability to coach fundamentals and run pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in the Western territory.
• Drive a healthy pipeline via cross-team collaboration to generate leads and move deals.
• Provide hands-on guidance through complex enterprise deals from qualification to close.
• Maintain a network of top sales talent in the West.
• Ensure Salesforce activity and documentation is up-to-date.
• Forecasting and reporting to leadership.
