Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years’ collections experience with high-volume calls.
• Experience with professional accounting software (MS Dynamics 365, Sage, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Solid AR knowledge and ability to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Call and contact customers about past-due accounts daily.
• Document collection activities and communications for the region.
• Reconcile invoices and payments in MEI accounting systems.
• Prepare analyses of accounts and regional allocations.
• Collaborate with regional sales to align customer expectations.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting duties.
• Monitor regional accounts to ensure timely payments and cash receipts.
