Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions in Chandler, AZ seeks a Western Regional Collections Specialist to support regional accounts receivable and collections activities, review invoices, apply payments, and reconcile to MEI’s systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will perform high-volume calls, document communications, generate monthly reports, and collaborate with regional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely cash receipts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ collections experience with high-volume calling.
• Experience with professional accounting software (Dynamics 365, Sage, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Microsoft Excel proficiency required for reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and GAAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call customers regarding past due accounts and log interactions.
• Perform collections and document communications for the region.
• Document tasks in the ERP system (D365).
• Prepare analyses of accounts and allocations to regions.
• Collaborate with regional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve cash flow.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
