Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across the West Region for the Power Technique portfolio in mining, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. You will develop strategic plans and manage key accounts to deliver compressed air and nitrogen solutions.

The role requires 7+ years of industrial sales experience, a technical background, strong communication, and up to 50% travel across North America.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful industrial sales experience.
• 5+ years selling compressed air, gas generation, industrial equipment, rotating equipment, or other technical products.
• Proven success growing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Experience supporting customers in industries such as mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth across the region.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities within mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, pipeline, refining, manufacturing, power generation, and contractor markets.
• Promote and grow sales of portable air compressors, high-pressure compressors, air boosters, nitrogen generators, air treatment equipment, and portable electric compressor solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement, prospecting, and opportunity management.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with strategic customers, EPC firms, and key stakeholders.
• Develop value-based solutions that improve customer productivity, efficiency, uptime, sustainability, and total cost of ownership.
• Travel up to 50% across the West Region of North America to engage customers and close opportunities.
