Job summary

Power Technique North America LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across the West Region of North America for the Power Technique portfolio. You will develop strategies for large air compressors, nitrogen generators, and air treatment solutions while leveraging deep industry knowledge and key customer relationships.

You will work with regional teams, distributors, product management, and service operations to deliver value and meet aggressive revenue and margin

Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful industrial sales experience.
• 5+ years selling compressed air, gas generation, or related technical products.
• Proven success growing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities within mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, pipeline, refining, manufacturing, power generation, and contractor markets.
• Promote and grow sales of portable air compressors, high-pressure compressors, air boosters, nitrogen generators, air treatment equipment, and portable electric compressor solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement and opportunity management.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with strategic customers, EPC firms, and key stakeholders.
• Develop value-based solutions to improve productivity, uptime, and total cost of ownership.
• Build executive-level relationships with key customers across North America.
