Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Sales Intelligence Director to lead a team of Business Analysts, turning sales data into actionable insights for the Field Sales and cross-functional partners. The role centers on delivering fact-based recommendations to drive growth across regions.

You will drive data-driven decision making, develop 1YP/3YP plans, and mentor analysts. Strong analytics, Excel and Power BI expertise, and beer industry knowledge are highly valued across our organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred in Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience reviewing and analyzing sales data and summarizing key takeaways for management.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills and understanding of how decisions impact bottom line.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, work with large datasets, and distill analyses into insights with a structured approach.
• Clear communicator who can story-tell with data; advanced Excel and dashboard skills; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership with routine sales reporting, ad hoc analyses, and sales/share/distribution analysis.
• Create and update sales presentations for meetings, retailer visits, and planning sessions.
• Conduct training with regional teams on tools to monitor performance and understand market threats.
• Develop and implement a strategic 1YP and 3YP for the Sales department.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and accountability for metrics.
• Coach, lead, and direct the Sales organization to enable growth.
• Manage analytics pool/pipeline in Region for Revenue Management and Sales Intelligence; optimize team configurations.
• Ensure efficient deployment of analysts and improve efficiency across functions.
