Job summary

Anheuser-Busch seeks a Sales Intelligence Director to lead a team of Business Analysts and deliver data-driven insights for the Sales organization. You will provide routine and ad hoc analyses, craft presentations for executives, and guide strategic plans to support top- and bottom-line growth.

You will mentor regions on analytics adoption, use PowerBI and Excel to build dashboards, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Math, CS, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing sales data and summarizing insights for management.
• Strong business acumen with ability to link data to bottom-line impact.
• Proven ability to tell stories with data and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and ad hoc sales reporting and distribution analysis to leaders.
• Create and update sales presentations for retailer visits and planning meetings.
• Deliver training on tools to monitor performance and competitive threats.
