Midwest Executive Search Group is seeking a Sales Director for the Western US to lead and grow the West region in a fast-paced, private equity-backed industrial distribution and solutions company.

The role focuses on driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and building an accountable, high-performing sales organization across multiple states. Approximately 60% travel is expected to support strategic initiatives and customer engagements.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Experience coaching, developing and leading remote, multi-state outside sales teams.
• Proven success driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales organizations.
• Industrial, manufacturing, or B2B distribution industry experience preferred.
• Experience gained from PE operating company environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of high performing, technical sales Account Managers across the West region.
• Drive regional sales growth, profitability, customer retention, and market expansion initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor pipeline activity, forecasting, and overall regional sales performance.
• Support key customer relationships and participate in strategic customer engagements as needed.
• Identify opportunities to expand market share and strengthen customer partnerships.
