Job summary

TriSearch seeks a Regional Director of Sales for Industrial Services & Logistics, based in Phoenix, AZ. Lead the West Region with 50% travel across AZ, CA, NV, and UT, standardizing sales processes and driving market share growth among major industrial accounts.

You will shift regional sales culture from transactional quoting to proactive, consultative relationship building, while partnering with ops, accounting, and safety to align strategy with execution.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing 10+ outside field sales reps.
• History of personally owning $100M+ in regional sales revenue or annual bookings.
• 5+ years of sales leadership in Rigging/Heavy Lift, Industrial Contracting, MEP, Heavy Equipment, or Construction Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: develop and execute a regional sales plan across AZ, CA, NV, UT.
• Team Coaching & Accountability: coach regional BDRs; shift to strategic account growth.
• Account Expansion: build relationships with GCs, MEP subs, Data Center Owners, and OEMs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align sales with regional ops, accounting, warehousing, and safety.
• Process Optimization: implement structured handoffs for RFQs, estimating, and formal customer presentations.
