ICF seeks a Senior Manager, Program Delivery in the Pacific Northwest to lead energy efficiency and electrification programs for utilities in Washington. You will own program performance, manage a growing portfolio, and mentor cross-functional teams across marketing, IT, engineering, and partners.

This role emphasizes strategic leadership, client relationships, and launch management, with flexibility for remote work and travel to client sites 2-3 days a week in WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in energy, business, environmental sciences, engineering, economics, policy, or related field.
• 8+ years in energy sector with energy efficiency, electrification, DSM programs.
• 2+ years managing project teams during growth or launches.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program and performance management for contracted energy efficiency projects.
• Build and maintain client and partner relationships to improve energy performance.
• Lead portfolio design and selection of upgrade measures for projects.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee new launches.
• Mentor and manage remote and local team members.
