• 10+ years of state government affairs, public policy, or public affairs experience.
• Proven track record influencing legislators, regulators, and executives.
• Strong writing, speaking, and analytical capabilities for policy work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute state government affairs strategy across the West region.
• Represent Modivcare before legislatures, agencies, and executive offices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to advance policy objectives and contract retention.
• Deliver testimony, briefings, and stakeholder communications as needed.
