Job summary

Sigma Foods is seeking an experienced Food Service Sales Manager to grow and strengthen our European Brands business across the West Region. You will develop key customer relationships, expand the assigned food service customer base, and execute sales strategies to drive company growth.

The ideal candidate has extensive food service sales experience, strong industry relationships, and a proven track record of growing business within the food service channel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales/Marketing/Business.
• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in food service.
• Experience in direct sales management and key account management.

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand food service customer base within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve objectives.
• Develop territory growth plans and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage and support food brokers to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers, brokers, and internal teams to drive revenue growth.
• Represent the company at local and national trade shows and industry events.
• Serve as a product and industry resource for customers and business partners.
