Johnson Controls seeks a seasoned Systems Engineering leader to supervise a team delivering hardware and software engineering for major and branch projects. You will ensure compliance, cost efficiency, and high customer satisfaction across regional projects.

The role requires directing engineering processes, maintaining standards, and mentoring staff, with emphasis on proactive collaboration with Major Projects and Branch teams to achieve timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in supervision of technical / engineering group.
• Minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of Systems Engineers to perform hardware and software engineering and network level commissioning for Major Projects and large Branch Projects.
• Ensures work complies with state, local and federal requirements and maintains high ethics.
• Leads regional expert in application engineering and collaborates with Major Projects and Branch teams.
