Job summary

Cambria is seeking a Director, Builder Sales to drive revenue within regional builder accounts and national partnerships across the West region. You will execute multi-step sales strategies, negotiate gate agreements, and communicate Cambria’s value against commodity options.

You’ll collaborate with Field Sales, coordinate with Marketing, and lead program launches with builders, fabricators, and buying groups while traveling up to 75% regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• 8–10 years of B2B sales in construction, building products, or manufacturing.
• Experience with indirect, pull-through sales models across builders and fabricators.
• Proven track record of value-based selling and defending margins.

Responsibilities

• Meet regional revenue quota with defined mix targets.
• Negotiate partnerships and guard margins on deals.
• Lead account plans and multi-party sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Marketing and field teams for program launches.
• Maintain Salesforce data and provide market feedback.
