• Provide solutions. Build relationships, identify customer needs, answer inquiries, promote features, and refer customers to business partners as appropriate.
• Get stuff done the right way. Comply with banking laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering.
• Educate on anytime, anywhere banking options. Provide personalized, in-person education in digital banking solutions.
