Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Managing Director to lead the West Region Account Management business. You will drive strategy, accountability for performance, and development of the Account Management professionals across the region.

This role reports to Senior Managing Director, Americas Account Management and partners with Market Leaders to align local market strategy. You will oversee staffing, client relationships, and delivery excellence across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Advanced degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the West Region Account Management business strategy and targets.
• Drive operating model changes and platform modernization.
• Support pursuit strategy decisions and resource alignment.
• Oversee account management delivery across the region to ensure quality and consistency.
• Develop and coach Account Management professionals for succession and capability.
