SeaDream Yacht Club, Inc. is seeking a proactive West Palm Beach Office Manager to own the day-to-day needs of our new West Palm Beach office. This role creates an organized, welcoming, and well-run environment for employees, leaders, and visitors.

The candidate will solve problems, manage priorities, and support leadership while interacting with teams across the company. This entry‑point role offers exposure to Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Operations, and more within SeaDream Yacht Club.

Qualifikationen

• One to three years of experience in office administration, hospitality, event coordination, customer service, or related area.
• Must be able to work full-time and on-site in our West Palm Beach office.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of daily organization, presentation, and functioning of the West Palm Beach office.
• Anticipate office needs and address them proactively without direction.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, mail, deliveries, meeting spaces, and shared areas.
• Coordinate with building management, maintenance teams, technology providers, and office vendors.
• Identify and resolve office-related issues quickly and professionally.
• Welcome visitors and ensure a polished, professional experience.
• Coordinate office lunches and team events.
