You will lead a hands-on team, drive performance, and ensure high standards of customer service while upholding regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional organization, and a commitment to safety. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor's preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and hands-on supervision.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Valid driver's license and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor day-to-day marina operations for smooth progress.
• Interview, hire, and train staff for storage, fuel, maintenance, and ship's store.
• Uphold high customer service standards and mentor team members.
• Conduct daily dock walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and aesthetics.
• Evaluate marina procedures and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with General Manager on strategic goals and issues.
• Collaborate with other departments for efficient workflows.
• Participate in monthly safety meetings and address action items.
• Supervise staff to ensure safety, efficiency, and customer service.
• Oversee customer support processes and improve satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and spill response procedures.
