Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a National Accounts Sales Manager for the West region to establish and grow strategic partnerships with national restaurant accounts using a consultative selling approach.

This remote role allows you to work from a home office within the United States, with travel up to 40%. You will lead business reviews, draft supply agreements with Revenue Growth Management and Legal teams, and collaborate with multiple departments to expand profitable new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years selling/managing national & regional restaurant chains.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing or plant operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open communication with existing customers via live visits and virtual meetings.
• Lead customer conventions and trade shows participation.
• Draft supply agreements and pricing proposals with Revenue Growth Management and Legal teams.
• Develop profitable new business through targeted prospecting and warm calls.
