Merck & Co. is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the West Region of the United States within its Immunology Sales organization. This field-based leadership role manages District Managers and teams, driving performance, development, and business results with travel up to 50%.

The position requires a BA/BS and 10+ years in pharmaceutical sales or managed care, with at least 3 years of people management experience. Remote work is supported with regional travel across the West.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and at least 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or managed care within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing regional team to execute approved customer engagement strategies.
• Own the customer portfolio and overall customer experience, ensuring delivery of accurate and trusted communications.
• Deliver regional business results and meet defined P&L targets.
• Communicate a customer-centric vision across large teams and contribute to national strategy.
