Merck & Co. seeks an experienced Regional Sales Director (DCO) for the West US Immunology Sales organization. This field-based role leads District Managers and oversees a large team to achieve regional objectives, including growth and strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will drive omnichannel strategies, build senior-level relationships, and ensure regulatory and compliant operations while delivering strong P&L performance across the region. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualificações

• BA/BS required; 10+ years in sales, marketing or managed care within pharma
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
• At least 3 years' experience building and managing customer relationships
• Residency in the region with up to 50% travel, including overnight trips
• Experience developing regional strategic business plans and omnichannel strategies
• Strong knowledge of regional healthcare dynamics and access/reimbursement considerations
• Track record of building high-performing teams and driving results

Responsabilidades

• Lead, recruit, develop and retain a high-performing regional team to execute approved engagement strategies
• Own the customer portfolio and experience, ensuring accurate and trusted communications
• Build relationships with senior leaders and thought leaders to support engagement
• Align account plans with payer considerations to optimize access and reimbursement
• Deliver regional business results and meet P&L targets
• Communicate a customer-centric vision across large teams and cross-functional groups
• Contribute to national strategy and participate on cross-functional teams
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business
• Leverage payer, patient and HCP interactions to maximize potential
