Job summary

Genmab is seeking a West Regional Business Director to lead Gynecologic Oncology sales across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California and Hawaii for its US Oncology team.

You will build and motivate a high-performing sales organization, develop and execute regional business plans, drive innovative customer engagement, and foster relationships with key opinion leaders while ensuring compliance and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years pharma/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years Oncology leadership, preferably Gynecologic Oncology.
• Proven success launching Oncology products.
• Experience recruiting and developing top sales talent.
• Experience executing strategic initiatives.
