Job summary

Genmab is seeking a West Regional Business Director to lead Gynecologic Oncology sales within the US Oncology team. The role focuses on building a customer/patient-centric culture, team development and achieving sales targets across CA and other western states.

You will develop strategic regional plans, mentor the sales force on digital and value-based selling, and establish key accounts while collaborating with alliance partners. Travel by car and plane is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years pharma/biotech sales experience, with at least 3 years in Oncology leadership (Gynecologic Oncology preferred).
• Proven success in product launches.
• Strong strategic thinking and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills; proficient with MS Office and Veeva Engage.
• Willingness to travel by car and plane.
