Job summary

Genmab is seeking a West Regional Business Director to lead Gynecologic Oncology sales on the US Oncology team. You will develop regional business strategies, build relationships with customers, and drive sales growth across multiple states.

The role requires extensive oncology sales leadership experience, strategic thinking, and a track record in product launches and compliant operations. Travel to field sites will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years pharma/biotech sales experience with at least 3 years in Oncology leadership.
• Gynecologic Oncology experience preferred.
• Proven talent development and product launch success.
• Strategic and compliance acumen.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Veeva Engage.
• Ability to travel.
