Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in utility construction or civil infrastructure.
• Experience managing multiple crews and projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices.
• Ability to interpret construction plans, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and ongoing management of West Coast Florida operations for VOS Infrastructure Solutions.
• Develop regional strategies to support growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee multiple utility infrastructure and civil construction projects within the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with utility providers, contractors, and customers.
• Monitor project costs, labor usage, equipment, and profitability; drive efficiencies.
