Vogel Bros. Building Co. is seeking a diligent Foreman to oversee field crews on water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Florida.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, schedule adherence, and collaboration with the Superintendent to deliver on-time results. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate subcontractors, and uphold high craftsmanship standards while fostering a safe and ethical work culture.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to high school diploma/GED.
• Two years of experience in the construction trade, or equivalent education/experience acceptable by the hiring authority.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise field crews; coordinate manpower, equipment and materials.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity on site; participate in safety meetings and inspections.
• Assist Superintendent with schedule adherence and communication of daily goals.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and ensure compliance with project requirements.
