Job summary

Vogel Bros. Building Co. is seeking a Foreman to lead field crews on water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Florida. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and uphold safety and quality standards under the Superintendent’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma/GED.
• Two (2) years of experience in the construction trade, or any equivalent combination of acceptable education and experience determined to be acceptable by the hiring authority.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily crew activities on construction sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors' foremen and lead persons to manage people, time and equipment.
• Participate in scheduled weekly and monthly safety meetings and jobsite inspections.
• Maintain safety standards per Vogel Bros. Safety Program and regulatory requirements.
• Assist Superintendent with daily huddles and schedule coordination.
• Monitor quality, cost and schedule to optimize productivity.
