Job summary

Quiddity is seeking a Water/Wastewater leadership professional to drive expansion in Central Florida. The role will build and lead a Florida regional team, delivering regional projects for public and private clients while leveraging the firm’s existing Texas capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Civil Engineer with a Florida PE license, extensive water/wastewater experience, and a proven track record in leadership, mentoring, and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer in Florida (PE) required.
• Minimum 12+ years in water/wastewater engineering.
• Proven leadership, client relations and project management experience.
• Experience mentoring project teams and strong teamwork/communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion of water/wastewater services in Central Florida.
• Build and lead regional team for Florida projects.
• Collaborate with clients and staff to win and deliver regional projects.
• Mentor and develop project team members.
