Job summary

bidadoo is seeking an Area Sales Manager for West Florida, preferably based in Tampa. You will manage existing accounts, acquire new customers, and act as a trusted consultant for equipment buyers and sellers.

The role focuses on growth through auctions, remarketing, and marketplace channels, with up to 60% travel from a home office. Requirements include 3+ years of outside sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and CRM familiarity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven outside/field sales experience with revenue attainment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to convey value.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and common software.
• Background in equipment or industrial sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic plan to grow the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
• Generate leads for auctions, marketplace and other sales channels.
• Consult with customers on valuation and sales estimates.
• Manage customer transactions end-to-end and cultivate repeat business.
• Document communications using CRM and internal tools.
