Job summary

AECOM is seeking an established professional services leader for the Transit-Rail sector to drive growth, strategy, and profitability on the West Coast. This position can be located in Seattle, Los Angeles, Orange, Oakland or San Francisco.

The Division Manager will provide leadership for strategy, growth, operations, and people management, focusing on winning work, client service, and team development. Immediate start is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required + 12+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and 4+ years of demonstrated leadership and managing large teams of people with prior Profit & Loss center experience
• 5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and account management. Ability to build broad and deep internal and external networks, and capable of communicating to inspire and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, strategy, and profitability of Transit-Rail services on the West Coast.
• Lead strategy, growth, operations, and people management for the Division.
• Collaborate with other Business Lines and transit delivery teams globally to serve West Coast transit and rail clients.
