Job summary

AECOM is seeking an established professional services leader to drive growth, strategy, and profitability for the Transit-Rail division on the West Coast. This senior role can be located in Seattle, Los Angeles, Orange, Oakland, or San Francisco, reporting to the Transportation Regional Business Line Leader.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in winning work, leading large teams, and delivering profitable programs, with strong networks at key transit agencies in WA and CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required + 12+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and 4+ years of demonstrated leadership and managing large teams with prior Profit & Loss center experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and account management. Ability to build broad and deep internal and external networks, and capable of communicating to inspire and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth, strategy, and profitability of AECOM’s Transit-Rail services on the West Coast (US).
• Lead the West Coast Transportation Business Line senior team with emphasis on strategy, operations, and people management.
• Collaborate with other lines and transit delivery teams to win work and deliver projects on time and with quality.
