Job summary

AECOM is seeking an established professional services leader in the Transit-Rail sector to drive growth, strategy, and profitability of our West Coast Transportation Business Line. This Division Manager role can be located in Seattle, Los Angeles, Orange, Oakland or San Francisco and reports directly to the Transportation Regional Leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required + 12+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and 4+ years of demonstrated leadership and managing large teams with prior Profit & Loss center experience
• 5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and account management. Ability to build broad and deep internal and external networks, and capable of communicating to inspire and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, strategy, and profitability for West Coast Transit-Rail.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and operational performance.
