Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. on the West Coast seeks a Communications Manager to partner with the Head of Communications and strengthen the company’s media engagement across tech, AI, and business outlets.

You will build a systematic media engine, manage daily priorities, and coordinate cross-functional work with Product, Marketing, and executives to ensure timely announcements and launches. A track record in tech/AI communications, outstanding writing, and strong relationship-building are essential

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
5–7 years in tech/AI or corporate communications.
Strong understanding of the tech/AI media landscape.
Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with reporters and editors.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communications priorities with the Head of Communications.
Build calendars, trackers, and agendas for announcements and events.
Coordinate cross-functional workflows with Product, Marketing, and Executives.
Develop relationships with tech reporters, newsletter writers, and podcast hosts.
Plan and execute launches from strategy to post-launch follow-up.
Draft pitches, briefs, talking points, and prep documents.
Coordinate interviews and speaking opportunities; manage logistics.
Maintain coverage trackers and measure sentiment and share of voice.
