Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Employee Communications.
Experience leading technology communications, partnering with engineering leaders.
Excellent writing and storytelling abilities to translate technical concepts for a broad audience.
Experience supporting organizational change and change management communications.
Strategic thinker with business and technical acumen.
Leadership agility to influence senior leaders on communications strategy.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic communications advisor to VP-level executives within engineering and key partners.
Integrate AI into the communications workflow for research, planning, content development and rapid iteration.
Build and execute global communications strategies for major moments.
Lead end-to-end employee communications for organizational changes with HR and leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to amplify talent initiatives and culture.
