Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to drive our presence in the developer and AI community. You will publish daily across our owned channels, coordinate with writers and designers, and respond to comments and messages to build credible relationships with engineers and researchers.

You will tailor content to each platform, track trends, and monitor engagement to identify opportunities while staying aligned with our technical audience and industry conversations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in community management or social roles for a technical/AI audience
• Genuine understanding of the developer/engineering community
• Experience engaging with online communities (Reddit, X, Discord, LinkedIn)
• Hands-on experience with social listening/analytics tools and turning data into insights
• Strong execution, reliability, and daily hands-on work mindset
• Strong writing and tone sense

Responsibilities

• Own daily publishing across social channels (X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Keep the social calendar and asset trackers up to date.
• Adapt approved content to each platform's voice and format.
• Coordinate with writers, designers, and SMEs to move content pipeline.
• Reply to comments/DMs, build relationships with developers and researchers.
• Tailor tone and substance for engineering/developer audiences.
• Identify trends and whitespace opportunities in social conversations.
• Moderate engagement daily with timely, credible responses.
• Nurture relationships with recurring engaged followers.
• Track audience composition and engagement with social listening tools.
• Monitor relevant conversations in real time and flag opportunities.
• Keep pulse on competitor/industry activity.
