Job summary

Invariant LLC seeks a Senior Manager or Director to lead communications strategy and execution for technology companies at moments of growth and public attention. You will work directly with founders and senior executives while growing toward client strategy, team leadership, and business development.

Our clients range from Fortune 500s to startups across AI, defense, space, digital infrastructure, and enterprise tech.

Qualifications

Seven or more years of strategic communications and media relations experience; agency experience and tech/high-growth clients preferred.
Proven ability to develop media strategies, pitch reporters, and translate ideas into coverage and relationships.
Strong media instincts and a commitment to deepening expertise in media relations, executive positioning, and issues management.

Responsibilities

Help lead communications strategy and execution across a portfolio of technology clients, increasing client leadership responsibility.
Develop and execute media relations strategies translating client priorities into credible stories for business, tech, policy, and trade media.
Build and maintain relationships with reporters, editors, producers, podcast hosts, and other voices; pursue opportunities with editorial judgment.
